Many studies on the number 19 in the Quran have revealed surprising counts of letters, words, and chapters. If Allah wills, I will mention a few of these findings today.
From These Verses we understand more about the reasons why number 19 is very important.
Allah Says in Surat Al-Mudathir Verse 26 to Verse 31
سَأُصۡلِيهِ سَقَرَ (٢٦)
وَمَآ أَدۡرَٮٰكَ مَا سَقَرُ (٢٧)
لَا تُبۡقِى وَلَا تَذَرُ (٢٨)
لَوَّاحَةٌ۬ لِّلۡبَشَرِ (٢٩)
عَلَيۡہَا تِسۡعَةَ عَشَرَ (٣٠)
وَمَا جَعَلۡنَآ أَصۡحَـٰبَ ٱلنَّارِ إِلَّا مَلَـٰٓٮِٕكَةً۬ۙ وَمَا جَعَلۡنَا عِدَّتَہُمۡ إِلَّا فِتۡنَةً۬ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِيَسۡتَيۡقِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ وَيَزۡدَادَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِيمَـٰنً۬اۙ وَلَا يَرۡتَابَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَۙ وَلِيَقُولَ ٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِہِم مَّرَضٌ۬ وَٱلۡكَـٰفِرُونَ مَاذَآ أَرَادَ ٱللَّهُ بِہَـٰذَا مَثَلاً۬ۚ كَذَٲلِكَ يُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَہۡدِى مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَمَا يَعۡلَمُ جُنُودَ رَبِّكَ إِلَّا هُوَۚ وَمَا هِىَ إِلَّا ذِكۡرَىٰ لِلۡبَشَرِ (٣١)
Translation
1/Soon will I cast him into Hell-Fire! (Saqar)
2/And what will make you realize what (Saqar) hell is?
3/It lets nothing remain and leaves nothing [unburned],
4/ It scorches the mortal.
5/Over it are nineteen (angels as guardians and keepers of Hell).
6/And We have not made the keepers of the Fire except angels. And We have not made their number except as a trial for those who disbelieve ,that those who were given the Scripture will be convinced and those who have believed will increase in faith and those who were given the Scripture and the believers will not doubt and that those in whose hearts is hypocrisy and the disbelievers will say, “What does Allah intend by this as an example?” Thus does Allah leave astray whom He wills and guides whom He wills. And none knows the soldiers of your Lord except Him. And mention of the Fire is not but a reminder to humanity.
Now let’s explore and understand the counting miracle in this chapter (Surat).
COUNTING LETTERS
Counting of the below letters from the beginning of this same Chapter Verse Number 1 until Verse 30 the word ( عَلَيۡہَا) which points to the Number 19 we will get exactly 361 Letters and its extraordinary that 361 is equal to 19 x 19 !!!!!!!!!!
يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلۡمُدَّثِّرُ (١)
قُمۡ فَأَنذِرۡ (٢)
وَرَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرۡ (٣)
وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرۡ (٤)
وَٱلرُّجۡزَ فَٱهۡجُرۡ (٥)
وَلَا تَمۡنُن تَسۡتَكۡثِرُ (٦)
وَلِرَبِّكَ فَٱصۡبِرۡ (٧)
فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِى ٱلنَّاقُورِ (٨)
فَذَٲلِكَ يَوۡمَٮِٕذٍ۬ يَوۡمٌ عَسِيرٌ (٩)
عَلَى ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِينَ غَيۡرُ يَسِيرٍ۬ (١٠)
ذَرۡنِى وَمَنۡ خَلَقۡتُ وَحِيدً۬ا (١١)
وَجَعَلۡتُ لَهُ ۥ مَالاً۬ مَّمۡدُودً۬ا (١٢)
وَبَنِينَ شُہُودً۬ا (١٣)
وَمَهَّدتُّ لَهُ ۥ تَمۡهِيدً۬ا (١٤)
ثُمَّ يَطۡمَعُ أَنۡ أَزِيدَ (١٥)
كَلَّآۖ إِنَّهُ ۥ كَانَ لِأَيَـٰتِنَا عَنِيدً۬ا (١٦)
سَأُرۡهِقُهُ ۥ صَعُودًا (١٧)
إِنَّهُ ۥ فَكَّرَ وَقَدَّرَ (١٨)
فَقُتِلَ كَيۡفَ قَدَّرَ (١٩)
ثُمَّ قُتِلَ كَيۡفَ قَدَّرَ (٢٠)
ثُمَّ نَظَرَ (٢١)
ثُمَّ عَبَسَ وَبَسَرَ (٢٢)
ثُمَّ أَدۡبَرَ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرَ (٢٣)
فَقَالَ إِنۡ هَـٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحۡرٌ۬ يُؤۡثَرُ (٢٤)
إِنۡ هَـٰذَآ إِلَّا قَوۡلُ ٱلۡبَشَرِ (٢٥)
سَأُصۡلِيهِ سَقَرَ (٢٦)
وَمَآ أَدۡرَٮٰكَ مَا سَقَرُ (٢٧)
لَا تُبۡقِى وَلَا تَذَرُ (٢٨)
لَوَّاحَةٌ۬ لِّلۡبَشَرِ (٢٩)
عَلَيۡہَا تِسۡعَةَ عَشَرَ (٣٠)
COUNTING WORDS
The Verse which follows which is number 31 has 57 words which is equal to 19 x 3 !!!! but Number 3 refers to the words of the previous Verse (which is made up of of 3 words) Number 30 which mentions number 19 in Arabic تِسۡعَةَ عَشَرَ !!!!!!!!!!!
وَمَا جَعَلۡنَآ أَصۡحَـٰبَ ٱلنَّارِ إِلَّا مَلَـٰٓٮِٕكَةً۬ۙ وَمَا جَعَلۡنَا عِدَّتَہُمۡ إِلَّا فِتۡنَةً۬ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِيَسۡتَيۡقِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ وَيَزۡدَادَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِيمَـٰنً۬اۙ وَلَا يَرۡتَابَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَۙ وَلِيَقُولَ ٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِہِم مَّرَضٌ۬ وَٱلۡكَـٰفِرُونَ مَاذَآ أَرَادَ ٱللَّهُ بِہَـٰذَا مَثَلاً۬ۚ كَذَٲلِكَ يُضِلُّ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَشَآءُ وَيَہۡدِى مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَمَا يَعۡلَمُ جُنُودَ رَبِّكَ إِلَّا هُوَۚ وَمَا هِىَ إِلَّا ذِكۡرَىٰ لِلۡبَشَرِ (٣١)
It’s strange that we have counted the letters and found they are 361 which is equal to 19 x 19 and then we have counted the words and found they are 57 and this is equal to 19 x3!!!!!!! We see that Number 19 is embedded in the letters, words and chapters in a strange way.
We have seen letters and Words now let’s check the Chapters of the Quran and discover this strange patterns!!!!!!
COUNTING CHAPTERS
Quran has 114 Chapters. and from all these chapters only two of these has 19 Verses and that is Chapter number 82 and 96
In other words the only two Chapters from the Quran which has 19 Verses is Chapter Number 82 which is know by name as Al-Infitar and Chapter Al-Alaq. Each of these Chapters have 19 Verses
After digging deeper we have found that From the 114 Chapters of the Quran only 80 Chapters have more than 19 Verses plus Two Chapters (82 and 96) which Have Exactly 19 Verses and The remaining Chapters which are 32 have less than 19 Verses. In other words 82 Chapters have reached the level of 19 and over 19 Verses and the remaining Chapters are having less Verses than 19 Verses.
Chapter 82 which has only 19 Verses is like an indicator notifying us indirectly that in the whole Quran there are only 82 Chapters which have Exactly 19 (2 Chapters) and more than 19 Verses (80 Chapters) and all the remaining Chapters have less than 19 Verses.
Number 114 is equal to 19 x6 (Quran has 114 Chapters)
