First time word “The Quran” is mentioned is in Chapter 2 Verse 185 which can be written as 2:185

سُوۡرَةُ البَقَرَة

شَہۡرُ رَمَضَانَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أُنزِلَ فِيهِ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ هُدً۬ى لِّلنَّاسِ وَبَيِّنَـٰتٍ۬ مِّنَ ٱلۡهُدَىٰ وَٱلۡفُرۡقَانِ‌ۚ فَمَن شَہِدَ مِنكُمُ ٱلشَّہۡرَ فَلۡيَصُمۡهُ‌ۖ وَمَن ڪَانَ مَرِيضًا أَوۡ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ۬ فَعِدَّةٌ۬ مِّنۡ أَيَّامٍ أُخَرَ‌ۗ يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ بِڪُمُ ٱلۡيُسۡرَ وَلَا يُرِيدُ بِڪُمُ ٱلۡعُسۡرَ وَلِتُڪۡمِلُواْ ٱلۡعِدَّةَ وَلِتُڪَبِّرُواْ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا هَدَٮٰكُمۡ وَلَعَلَّڪُمۡ تَشۡكُرُونَ (١٨٥) 

The month of Ramadhan [is that] in which was revealed the Qur’an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. So whoever sights [the new moon of] the month, let him fast it; and whoever is ill or on a journey – then an equal number of other days. Allah intends for you ease and does not intend for you hardship and [wants] for you to complete the period and to glorify Allah for that [to] which He has guided you; and perhaps you will be grateful.

The last time the word “Quran” without The definite article “”AL” is in Chapter Number 85 Verse Number 21 which can be written as 85:21

سُوۡرَةُ البُرُوج
بَلۡ هُوَ قُرۡءَانٌ۬ مَّجِيدٌ۬ (٢١)

 What is revealed to you is certainly a glorious Quran

The 85:21 is the reverse of the 2:185 (if you remove the Dots then you can see this strange reverse pattern)

2 and then 185

and 21 and then 85

Do you see this strange patterns?

Remember that the first time the word “The Quran” (With definite Article “Al”) is mentioned is in Chapter 2 Verse 185 and the last time the word “Quran” (Without definite article “Al”) is in Chapter 85 Verse 21.
