Allah knows best, but we learn through research. We may be right or wrong, and we do our best. If we are wrong, we seek Allah’s forgiveness; if right, then Alhamdulilah (Praise be to Allah).
There are many studies on this particular topic, and It will be not correct to claim that I will be able to cover them all, as the Quran contains endless knowledge that transcends time and cultural boundaries. The depth and richness of its teachings provide invaluable insights into various aspects of life, human nature, and the universe. After we pass from this earthly existence, others will continue to discover, interpret, and teach these profound lessons to new generations. This ongoing journey of exploration and understanding is what makes the Quran truly a great miracle in its wisdom and relevance. Each verse invites further contemplation, encouraging believers and scholars alike to delve deeper into its meanings and applications in contemporary life. Allahu Akbar (God is Great).
Genetic Foundations: The 46 Chromosomes and Quranic Text
Science
Chromosomes were first discovered by the German biologist Walther Flemming in 1882. He observed the rod-like, thread-like structures inside cell nuclei while developing specialized aniline dyes to make them visible during cell division (a process he named mitosis).
Several other key milestones mark the history of chromosome discovery:
1842: Swiss botanist Carl Wilhelm von Nägeli first observed thread-like structures in plant cells, though he did not fully understand their significance.
1888: German anatomist Heinrich Wilhelm Waldeyer coined the actual word chromosome (derived from the Greek words chroma, meaning color, and soma, meaning body).
1902: Theodor Boveri and Walter Sutton independently proposed the Chromosome Theory of Inheritance, demonstrating that chromosomes are the actual carriers of genetic traits.
1956: Researchers Joe Hin Tjio and Albert Levan determined that the correct human chromosome count is exactly 46 (23 pairs), settling decades of scientific debate

Now Let’s start this Research which I heard it from my Brother in Islam Anis from Algeria who is a Researcher so my work will only be Verification, Development and Presentation. I pray that Allah Bless his efforts. All the slides are from his work except the Counting Program of the Arabic Letters are from my Research..
The Only 5 Verses which mentions the word علق Pronounced A’LAQA and which is translated to clinging clot
Verse Number 1
O People, if you should be in doubt about the Resurrection, then [consider that] indeed, We created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot, and then from a lump of flesh, formed and unformed – that We may show you. And We settle in the wombs whom We will for a specified term, then We bring you out as a child, and then [We develop you] that you may reach your [time of] maturity. And among you is he who is taken in [early] death, and among you is he who is returned to the most decrepit [old] age so that he knows, after [once having] knowledge, nothing. And you see the earth barren, but when We send down upon it rain, it quivers and swells and grows [something] of every beautiful kind.
Verse Number 2
Then We made the sperm-drop into a clinging clot, and We made the clot into a lump [of flesh], and We made [from] the lump, bones, and We covered the bones with flesh; then We developed him into another creation. So blessed is Allah , the best of creators.
Verse Number 3
It is He who created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot; then He brings you out as a child; then [He develops you] that you reach your [time of] maturity, then [further] that you become elders. And among you is he who is taken in death before [that], so that you reach a specified term; and perhaps you will use reason.
Verse Number 4
{ ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةً فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ } [القيامة: 38].
Then he was a clinging clot, and [Allah] created [his form] and proportioned [him]
Verse Number 5
{ خَلَقَ الْإِنسَٰنَ مِنْ عَلَقٍ } [العلق: 2].
Created man from a clinging substance.
These 5 Verses are the only Verses in the whole Quran which uses the word علق Pronounced A’LAQA. So these 56 Verses mentions 6 Times the word A’LAQA because Verse Number 2 mentions 2 times.

As below clinging clot is the 3rd Stage in the 7 Stages of Embryology Development.

From the above 5 Verses the Chromosomes of the human which is 46 coded in a strange way. let’s learn this codification. I will paste again these 5 Verses and show you 46 Chromosomes.!!!!!!!!!

If we count the words in the first verse until the word علق (A’LAQA), it is the 18th word.
In the second verse, the first علق (A’LAQA) is the 4th word, and the second علق (A’LAQA) is the 6th word.
If we count the words in the third verse until the word علق (A’LAQA), it is the 11th word.
If we count the words in the fourth verse until the word علق (A’LAQA), it is the 3rd word.
and If we count the words in the fifth verse until the word علق (A’LAQA), it is the 4th word.
Now let’s count these positions of the word علق (A’LAQA)=
18 + 4 + 6 + 11 + 3 + 4=46!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The calculation is in the table below.
Chromosomes of the Human is 46.

I heard The counting of the below verses from my Egyptian Sister in Islam Reda Gundiya. May Allah bless her efforts. My work involves Verification, Development and Presentation about the types of Arabic Rasm.
Numerical Symmetry: An Analysis of Verse Structure and Letter Counts
Before learning this section let’s explore the different types of the Arabic Script
In Arabic, Rasm (رَسْم) generally means “drawing,” “outline,” or “trace”. In the context of the Arabic script, particularly for the Quran, it refers to the basic skeletal framework of words without diacritical dots (to distinguish between similar-looking letters) or vowel marks.
Throughout Arabic orthographic history, this foundational script evolved into three primary types or stages:
Rasm al-Awwal (Initial or Early Script)
This refers to the rudimentary and unadorned form of Arabic writing used in the 7th century, before the compilation of the Quran into a standardized codex. It only represented the consonants. Letters that share the same base shape (like ب, ت, ث, and ن) were written identically without any dots. Readers had to rely entirely on their context and prior knowledge of the language to decipher the text.
Rasm al-Uthmani (Uthmanic Script)
The standardized consonantal orthography of the Quran, formally established around 650 CE under the third Caliph, Uthman ibn Affan. To unify the recitations across the rapidly expanding Islamic empire, official copies of the Quran were written in this specific script. It retains the ancient, unpointed style. Its unique and sometimes irregular spelling conventions (such as specific ways to omit or add alifs and yaws) were intentionally maintained to ensure the text could accommodate multiple canonical methods of recitation (qira’at). Today, all traditional physical copies of the Quran (mushaf) use the Uthmani script.
Rasm Imlai (Standard or Dictation Script)
The conventional, modern Arabic orthography used for everyday communication, books, newspapers, and contemporary literature. Developed to make the language accessible to a broader population, Rasm Imlai fully incorporates diacritical dots (known as i’jam) to distinguish letters, and vowel markings (tashkeel) for correct pronunciation. Because it is strictly phonetic, it eliminates ambiguity. For example, the letters ب (ba), ت (ta), and ث (tha) are always clearly differentiated by their dots, leaving no guesswork for the reader
Now Let’s Continue with the Research of the below Quranic Verses:
The information conveyed in these sections of the Verses correspond miraculously to their counting of their letters, illustrating a profound connection between the text and its numeric structure. This relationship highlights the intricate design and intentionality behind each word and phrase, suggesting that there is a deeper layer of understanding waiting to be explored. However, it is crucial to remember thatThe Quran possesses multiple types of patterns, each contributing to its richness and depth, and it will keep providing and changing in subtle yet significant ways over time. This is, indeed, the beauty of multi-patterns; they draw the reader into a dynamic experience of discovery and reflection, allowing for a more personal and transformative connection with the sacred text as one engages with its layered meanings and ongoing revelations.
َQuran Chapter 9 Verse Number 80
Ask forgiveness for them, [O Muhammad], or do not ask forgiveness for them. If you should ask forgiveness for them seventy times – never will Allah forgive them. That is because they disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger, and Allah does not guide the defiantly disobedient people.
