Allah knows best, but we learn through research. We may be right or wrong, and we do our best. If we are wrong, we seek Allah’s forgiveness; if right, then Alhamdulilah (Praise be to Allah).

There are many studies on this particular topic, and It will be not correct to claim that I will be able to cover them all, as the Quran contains endless knowledge that transcends time and cultural boundaries. The depth and richness of its teachings provide invaluable insights into various aspects of life, human nature, and the universe. After we pass from this earthly existence, others will continue to discover, interpret, and teach these profound lessons to new generations. This ongoing journey of exploration and understanding is what makes the Quran truly a great miracle in its wisdom and relevance. Solar Calendar

Quran uses the word “DAY” in singular form 365 times, which is an intriguing phenomenon! The Quran was revealed in various situations, circumstances, periods, and locations, adapting to the needs and challenges faced by the early Muslim community. It’s important to note that the chapters and verses were not numbered until later, a decision made to facilitate the recitation and understanding of these profound texts. Initially, the Quran was revealed and memorized by heart, a testament to its significance and the dedication of its early followers. Just think about a book of this nature, meticulously containing the word “DAY” repeated 365 times—each occurrence carefully placed to convey deeper meanings and lessons. This remarkable pattern is not merely a coincidence but rather a phenomenon that seems endless in its implications. Can any writer, regardless of skill or creativity, produce a book of this type? The answer is a resounding no. No human can replicate such a masterpiece, which transcends ordinary literary creation. This extraordinary feature of the Quran serves as a powerful proof that its true author is the Creator, rather than the product of human hands or minds. The depth of the Quran extends beyond its language, revealing divine wisdom that has stood the test of time and continues to inspire countless individuals.

The Earth takes about 365 days to orbit the Sun, and the Quran mentions the word “DAY” 365 times to support this.

Lunar Calendar

354 days is the length of 12 moon phases, forming a Lunar calendar year. This number is also noted in the Quran in a very strange way.

The slide from Anis includes the same DAYS as the previous slide, but we have identified the Lunar Calendar among these 365 Days.

The word “SHAHR,” meaning “MONTH,” first appears in the Quran in Chapter 2, Verse 185, and last in Chapter 97, Verse 3. If we note these two verses and count the word “DAY” between them, we find exactly 354 occurrences, which aligns with the days of the Lunar Calendar. Between these two words “SHAHR” we get Exactly 354 Days confirming the Lunar Calendar!!!

Below, you’ll find all the Quranic verses that include “SHAHR,” meaning “MONTH.” For instance, Chapter 2, Verse 185 has 2 occurrences, and Chapter 2, Verse 194 also has 2 occurrences. If we count all the below Verses we get a total of 12 times!

Here below the slide shows the count of the word Moon in the Quran. The word “QAMAR” is used in the Quran 27 times!!! and this is known as the sidereal month.

The word QAMAR which means Moon is repeated in the Quran 27 Times, in 23 Chapters and 26 Ayaat.

So each Verse used the word QAMAR except one Verse has used the word QAMAR twice and therefore the total is 27 Times.

The below slide shows the 26 Verses which used the word QAMAR. So we have The Number of the Chapter (Sourah) and Number of the Verse. The highlighted word is SHAMS which means SUN. So some Verses has used both words which means “The Sun and The Moon”

Now we can see something interesting. If we remove all verses that mention the word “SUN,” only seven verses are left, which only mention “QAMAR.” Thus, the Quran has only seven verses that mention QAMAR without including SUN. The strange phenomenon appears when we add their Chapter Numbers we get a total 354 days, which matches the twelve lunar cycles in a lunar year.

From these 7 Verses It’s strange that the middle verse is number 54, surrounded by three verses before and three verses after. When we place 3 in front of 54, we get 354, which represents the days of the lunar year.!!!! so now we can see again the Lunar Calendar in the below Verses how its coded in the count of the Total Chapter Numbers.
