Miracles
Chromosomes are fascinating structures that play a vital role in the genetic makeup of living organisms. These threadlike structures consist of proteins and a single molecule of DNA, and they are found within the nucleus of cells in plants and animals, including humans.
In the intricate world of genetics, humans possess a total of 46 chromosomes. Out of these, 44 are called autosomes, which are numbered chromosomes, and the remaining 2 are known as sex chromosomes, designated as XX (for females) or XY (for males). The autosomes and sex chromosomes come to us in pairs, with each pair comprising of one chromosome inherited from the mother and one from the father. This genetic diversity contributes to the unique traits and characteristics that define individuals.
During cell division, when the nucleus dissolves, chromosomes become visible under a microscope. This process allows scientists to analyze and study these structures, unravelling the mysteries encoded within our DNA. The study of chromosomes has provided valuable insights into inheritance patterns, genetic disorders, and evolutionary relationships, opening doors to advancements in medical research and personalized medicine.
Interestingly, the Quran, the holy book of Islam, also makes references to chromosomes in a profound and intriguing manner. It alludes to the existence and importance of these microscopic entities in a way that is remarkably ahead of its time. The Quranic verses that touch upon this topic serve as a source of astonishment and reflection for readers, as they highlight the inimitable nature of the Quran’s teachings.
The correlation between scientific discoveries and the Quran’s references to chromosomes underscores the idea that its words transcend human knowledge and comprehension. The Quran’s ability to provide insights into the natural world, including the complexities of genetics, invites contemplation and serves as a reminder of the boundless wisdom embedded within its verses.
In summary, chromosomes are an essential component of the genetic blueprint of all living organisms. They hold the key to our inherited traits and contribute to the incredible diversity of life. Through scientific exploration and the Quran’s timeless guidance, we continue to uncover the extraordinary world of chromosomes, appreciating the profound insights they offer into our existence and the intricacies of creation.
I want to express my gratitude to my Muslim colleagues for their valuable contributions to the research and below slides. I am thankful to each and every one of them and pray that they are rewarded greatly by Allah, both in this life and the hereafter. My role is to gather and verify facts related to the Quran and their connection. I appreciate the efforts of those who have spent countless hours working on these slides. They have laid the foundation, and my job is to provide the finishing touches. Additionally, I also conduct my own research on other topics.

The below two Images shows the Structure of the Cell.

SLIDE 3-(RESEARCHES OF CHROMOSOMES FROM THE QURAN)
CHROMOSOMES FROM THE QURAN
1-HUMAN
According to Islamic tradition, the Quran provides valuable insights into human anatomy and development that were not known at the time it was revealed. One fascinating aspect is the description of the stages of human creation mentioned in Chapter 23. This particular mention holds deep significance when it comes to human chromosomes and the development of the embryo.
The number of chromosomes in a human cell is commonly 23 pairs, totaling 46. Interestingly enough, the verse in question points to the significance of these 23 pairs of chromosomes. It serves as a remarkable connection between the scientific understanding of chromosomes and the divinely-inspired knowledge mentioned in the Quran.
Furthermore, the Quran uses the Arabic word “alaqah” to describe a specific stage of human development. This term can be translated as “that which clings to the wall of the uterus.” It is noteworthy that during this stage, the cells of the embryo bear a striking resemblance to a leech. The term “alaqah” signifies the attachment or clinging of the developing embryo to the uterine wall, reflecting its biological reality.
It is intriguing to note that the scientific study of some species of leeches has revealed that they have 14 individual chromosomes. The similarity in shape between the leech and the cells during the “alaqah” stage has been scientifically documented. This adds another layer of significance to the divine message present in the Quran, as it subtly alludes to the chromosome count of leeches.
Remarkably, there are additional numerical correlations within this verse that further enhance its significance. The verse itself is the 14th verse in Chapter 23. Additionally, when counting the letters from the beginning of the verse to the letter “A” in the word “alaqah,” we find this letter to be the 14th.
These extraordinary connections highlight the intricate knowledge contained within the Quran, providing glimpses into scientific aspects that were not fully understood during its time of revelation. It is a testament to the wisdom and accuracy of the Quranic verses, which continue to captivate scholars and believers alike.
I hope this expanded explanation sheds more light on the fascinating insights related to human chromosomes and the reference to the “alaqah” stage in the Quranic verse.

The Below Research is amazing. The 2 Ayaat (Verses) from the Quran from Surat (Chapter) number 76 known as Al-INSAN which means THE HUMAN provides us with 46 Chromosomes of Male and Female Human Being. (x2 Pairs of 23 Chromosomes) The Chapter itself is know as HUMAN. and when we count the Letters from the beginning of the first AYAT to the word AL-INSAN (The HUMAN) of the second AYAT we get a total of 46 Letters. This shows all the letters before this word were pointing to the word “HUMAN”. which in turn we discover the number of the Human Chromosomes. And not only this strange discovery but also the letters of both Ayaat (Verses) used (I mean the non-repeated ones) are only 23 from the total of 28 Arabic Letters!!!!!.) This Surah (Chapter has 31 Ayaat (Verses) and again when we checked the Mathematic Prime and Composite Numbers Table we found that Number 46 is the 31st Composite Number!!!!! pointing to the total of the Ayaat (Verses) of this Surah. This High level of Engineering is presented in the Quran too!!!
Certainly! .
The Quran, as the divine word of Allah, holds within it a profound level of intricacy and architectural brilliance. Every verse, every chapter, and every nuance is a testament to the divine wisdom and knowledge encompassed within its pages. However, it is unfortunate that many individuals dismiss and fail to delve into the depths of its teachings, choosing instead to remain ignorant of its profound message.
In a world filled with distractions and superficial pursuits, the significance of reflecting upon the Quran often gets overlooked. It is through contemplation and the diligent study of this holy scripture that one can uncover immense treasures of wisdom, guidance, and solace. The Quran acts as a guiding light, offering clarity and direction in moments of confusion or despair.
The Quran’s structural coherence and literary elegance are awe-inspiring. Its verses are intricately interwoven, creating a seamless flow that captivates the reader’s heart and mind. Each surah, each ayah, is crafted with utmost precision, conveying deep meaning and spiritual insights.
Yet, despite these remarkable qualities, some individuals choose to deny the divine essence of the Quran. They disregard the potential for personal growth and enlightenment that can be attained by engaging with its teachings. By turning away from the Quran, they deprive themselves of its profound influence and the transformative impact it can have on their lives.
In a time when ignorance seems to prevail, it is crucial for individuals to recognize the importance of meditating upon the Quran. By approaching its verses with an open heart and an earnest desire for knowledge, one can unlock a wealth of spiritual understanding and guidance. It is through seeking knowledge and contemplating the Quran that ignorance can be dispelled, paving the way for enlightenment and personal growth.
Let us remember the timeless declaration, “Allahu Akbar” – meaning, “Allah is the greatest.” This reminder serves as a call to acknowledge the greatness of Allah and to embrace the wisdom embedded within the Quran. In doing so, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual enlightenment, guided by the divine words of the Quran.
May we all strive to deepen our understanding of the Quran, appreciating its architectural beauty and embracing its profound message, for in doing so, we can find true enlightenment and wisdom.

SLIDE 3 (LOCUSTS)
There are 23 Letters from the beginning of the Ayat Number 7 Surah Number 133 to the first letter of the word AL-JARAD (Locust). There are only 2 Ayaat which speaks about Locusts in the Quran. I have checked the second Ayat and found 23 DOTS on its letters. It’s strange that most of the Creatures mentioned in the Quran follow the same pattern. Find here the Slide for the Ayat Number 7 Surat Number 133 which has 23 letters and find here the second Ayat which have 23 DOTS.
خشعا ابصرهم يخرجون من الاجداث كانهم جراد منتشر
We conclude by saying that it’s not possible to find these numbers pointing to Chromosomes by chance and we should not ignore as Numbers are speaking. This is Mathematical Language.

SLIDE4-(HORSE)
The first Ayat in the Quran which mentions the word “AL_KHAYL” which means Horse is Number 14 Surat Number 3 and as below if we count the letters (Uthmanic Script) from the beginning of the Ayat to the first letter of the word HORSE which is letter KHA we get a total of 64 letters. Science says that the Horse has 64 Chromosomes (32 Pairs from male and 32 from Female).

SLIDE 5-(DOG)
Dog is mentioned in the Quran in Sura Number 7 Ayat Number 176 and it’s a wonder that when we count the Letters from the First letter of the Word Dog (Al-KAF) to the end of the Ayat we get 78 letters. Science confirms that Dogs have 78 Chromosomes. See below the Slide for more information. My opinion is that Quran has many ways of Coding the Universe. We can’t limit it’s structure. We can’t limit Alllah words. There are several ways to find Allah’s Signature. The below Ayat is different as we count from the End. Alhamdulillah’s. Whenever we search we find Allah’s Signature either from the beginning or End of Ayaat. Allahu Akbar. (God is Great)

SLIDE-6 (PIGS)
Chromosome of Pigs are 38 and it’s again a Miracle to dfind the below Ayat having 38 letters just after the word AL_KHANZIR (Pig). 38 Letters from the word (WA-ABADFA) which is just after the word Pigs. It seems that the words after the word PIGS are pointing to this word. So the below Ayat follows a different pattern and as we said previously Quran has various ways of CODING and we can’t limit the word of Allah. We have to let it express itself. The Question to ask ourselves is “why we get whatever we search?” The answer to this question is simple. “Quran is a Miracle of Miracles” You will find the creator whenever you search him. The more you search the more he will show you his presense.

SLIDE-7 (CROW)
In the Quran, the word “crow” is mentioned twice. One mention is in Surah 5, Ayah 31, where a crow teaches Adam how to bury a dead body. The other mention is in Surah 35, Ayah 27, where the black colour of some mountains is compared to a crow. In both Ayaat we get the 80 Chromosomes of the CROW. The below slide shows the counting of words from the beginning of the story about Adam and the Crow to the word HADHA (This) Just before the word CROW. if we count them we get 80 words. So all the words here are pointing to the CROW!!!!
The second Ayat in Surah Number 35 Ayat Number 27 if we count the Letters from the beginning to the Letter WA (And) just before the word CROW we get 80 Letters too!!!!! which here too the letters point to the word CROW.
الم تر ان الله انزل من السما ما فاخرجنا به ثمرت مختلفا الونها ومن الجبال جدد بيض وحمر مختلف الونها وغرابيب سود

SLIDE 8 (FRUIT FLY)
The Chromosome of the Fruit Fly is 8 and the below slide show 8 words if we count from the word ADHUBAB (FLY) to the end we get 8 words too!!!! it’s really strange. Quran is always Perfect. No Errors in the Quran. When Scientists go wrong Quran will always be correct. Quran is not a Scientific book but it has information to authenticate itself. The Information is from Allah who is the creator of the universe(s). Allahu Akbar.
