HADITHI ZA MTUME (ﷺ)
1- حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو التَّيَّاحِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ أَوْصَانِي خَلِيلِي صلى الله عليه وسلم بِثَلاَثٍ صِيَامِ ثَلاَثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ، وَرَكْعَتَىِ الضُّحَى، وَأَنْ أُوتِرَ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَنَامَ.

Katika Hadthi Hii Abu Hurayra Anasema kwamba “Rafiki Yangu Mtume (ﷺ) Ameninasihi mambo matatu:
-Kufunga Siku Tatu kila Mwezi
-Kusali Rakaa Mbili Sala Ya Dhuhaa (Sala Ambayo Hufanyika Kabla Sala Ya Mchana yaani Dhuhr)
-Na Kusali Sala Ya Witr Kabla Ya Kulala.(Hii ni Sala Baada Ya Swala Ya Ishaa. Kwa Kawaida Ni Rakaa Moja).
Na kuna Hadithi ya Pili ambayo Ipo katika Sunan an-Nasa’i ambayo inafafanua zaidi siku hizi Tatu za Mwezi.
2-أَخْبَرَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي أُنَيْسَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ “ صِيَامُ ثَلاَثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ وَأَيَّامُ الْبِيضِ صَبِيحَةَ ثَلاَثَ عَشْرَةَ وَأَرْبَعَ عَشْرَةَ وَخَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ ”
Hadithi Inatokana na Jarir bin ‘Abdullah Kwamba Mtume (ﷺ) alisema kwamba
Kufunga Siku Tatu Katika Kila Mwezi Ni Sawa na Saumu ya Maisha Yote. Na siku za Biydh Tarehe Kumi na Tatu, Nne na Tano.
( Biydh Maana Yake white days au Siku za Mwezi unapokamilika zinazojulikana kama Full Moon. Mwezi wote unapigwa na Jua na unaonekana wote kwa ukamilifu. The White Days or Ayyām al-Bīḍ-Arabic: ایّام البیض).
Hadithi hii ipo katike Sunan an-Nasa’i Hadithi Namba 2420.

UTAFITI WA KWANZA
Leo kwa uwezo wake Mwenyeezi Mungu Nitazungumzia Faida mojawapo. Second: there is relevant relationship (proportional) between the earth and human body as for (composition): The earth consists of various elements like calcium, magnesium, sodium, bicarbonate, sulphate, iron….etc. also the human body consists of the same elements. · For example, if you read the consists of a natural mineral water bottle, you will find that it includes the following elements, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, bicarbonate, iron…..etc. · Whereas the earth is the source of water whether from wells, rivers or by desalination of oceans or seas’ water, and we drink this water so that our bodies consist of the same elements. · If we also analyzed the components of Vegetables, Fruits and different kinds of food, we would find that They consists of the same previous elements (as they arise from the earth) and whereas we eat them, our bodies consist of the same earth elements (whether liquids or solids) The foregoing points prove that there is a relevant strong bilateral relationship between the earth and human body.
